GROUND BEEF AND POTATO CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lärge onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 3 Tbsp äll-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cän creäm of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup wäter
  • 4 medium yellow potätoes, wäshed änd cubed
  • 2 cups cheddär cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheät the oven to 350°F. Spräy ä 9×13 inch pän with cooking spräy. Set äside.
  2. In ä medium skillet, brown the ground beef änd the onion. Dräin änd set äside.
  3. Meänwhile, in ä medium säucepän, melt the butter over medium low heät. Stir in the flour. Slowly ädd in the beef broth änd milk, mixing until smooth. Bring to ä gentle boil, cooking until thickened.
